Two of the most precious jewels of Bavaria can be seen during this trip . The dream castle Linderhof built by King Ludwig II in French rococo style with its fantastic grotto and the moorish pavillon can be visited during our two hours stay; lunch. We travel on to Oberammergau , world-famous for its Passion Plays, the woodcarvers and the richly painted houses (Luftl-paintings). Time for sightseeing, shopping and a coffee break .

Itinerary

Linderhof Palace is a Schloss in Germany, in southwest Bavaria near Ettal Abbey. It is the smallest of the three palaces built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria and the only one which he lived to see completed.

Oberammergau is a sporty and cosmopolitan community.

The world-famous Passion Play village Oberammergau is embedded in the fascinating mountain scenery of the Alps, Oberammergau offers a symbiosis between nature and culture.

" Sold a trip that doesn't exist "

I'm working with Grayline tours for a substitute trip as it appears they no longer offer the trip Munich City tours sold me. If we can't reschedule, I'll have to get a refund. I hope the rest of our trip doesn't go like this because we have something planned with them every single day
